Buffalo Chicken Dip

BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP... Recipe by Iceman

Take 2lbs of chicken breast--boil till done and leave aside to cool-- Mix 1lb of cream cheese, 1 cup of ranch dressing, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 3/4 cup of hot sauce the hotter the better. Combine cream cheese, ranch, hotsauce in seperate bowl. after chicken cools combine with other mixture. serve with tortilla chips or pita chips

Pico De Gallo


PICA DE GALLO... Recipe by Ozzmoon

Ingredients 1 cup diced white onion 1 1/2 cups diced tomato 1 cup diced cilantro i diced jalapeno 1/2 cup diced green onions 1 lime 1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon black pepper

Mix all the ingredients together cut lime in half and squeeze the the juice in the mix put in fridge for about 4 hours. then good to go

Quesadilla


QUESADILLA... Recipe by Ozzmoon

- 1 1/2 pound Chicken or steak (cubed) 1 whole diced green pepper 1/2 cup white onion 1/4 cup diced green onion 1 diced jalapeno 1 whole sliced avocado 2 cups of Pico De Gallo( see Pico De Gallo recipe) 1 teaspoon of Salt, Pepper,Paprika, and Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper and cumin 1/4 cup of butter 6 large flour tortillas 4 12/2 cups of Monterey jack and cheddar cheese mixed Optional Sour Cream Salsa

Photobucket Photobucket Melt butter in frying pan put all the ingredients in pan and cook till chicken or steak is cooked (except for the tortillas Avocado,Pico De Gallo and cheese) Put 1/3 cup of the cheese mix on half the tortilla. then put 1/4 pound of the cooked meat on top of the cheese. then put 1/3 cup Pico De Gallo and avocado slices on top of meat then put 1/3 cup of cheese on top of that fold tortilla over in half cook in oven on 450 for 5 mins and flip over for another 5 mins Cut into quarter add salsa or Sour cream to your taste

Chocolate Fairy Cakes


CHOCOLATE FAIRY CAKES... Recipe by Annemarie

Ingredients for the Chocolate fairy cakes: 100g plain flower - 20g cocoa powder - 140g caster sugar - 1.5tsp baking powder - Pinch of salt - 40g unsalted butter at room temperature - 120ml whole milk - 1 egg
ingredients For the icing: 600g icing sugar sifted - 200g unsalted butter - 80g cocoa powder- - 80ml whole milk -

How to make:
Preheat the oven to 170°C (325°F) gas 3.
Put the flour, cocoa, sugar and baking powder, salt and butter in a bowl and mix together until you have a sandy consistency

Whisk milk and egg in a jug. Slowly pour half into the mixture, beat to mix the two together until the lumps have gone.

Pour in the remaining mixture and continue to mix for a couple of mins but make sure you dont over mix it. Then spoon the mixture into 12 cases and cook for 20 mins.

For the chocolate buttercream icing :

Beat icing sugar, butter and cocoa powder together and add milk gradually until the mixture is light and fluffy.
